WikiLeaks: Interpol issues wanted notice for Julian Assange

The WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, is tonight facing growing legal problems around the world, with the US announcing that it was investigating whether he had violated its espionage laws.

Assange's details were also added to Interpol's worldwide wanted list. Dated 30 November, the entry reads: "sex crimes" and says the warrant has been issued by the international public prosecution office in Gothenburg, Sweden. "If you have any information contact your national or local police." It reads: "Wanted: Assange, Julian Paul," and gives his birthplace as Townsville, Australia.

“I believe everyone’s seen a human body by now,” one passenger summarized, apparently speaking for a vast majority of air travellers, “and I think safety comes first.”

The Pennsylvania Jewish group Z Street’s support of Israel hs been questioned by Obama’s IRS.  In a letter introduced in federal court November 24, 2010 IRS agent Tracy Dornette asked, “Does your organization support the existence of the land of Israel?”

Tax experts say that a question of this nature is likely beyond the scope of normal IRS inquiry.  Z Street claims that IRS agents that are reviewing the groups tax exempt status said the agency is, “carefully scrutinizing organizations that are in any way connect the Israel” and that “a special Unit “ is determining whether its activities “contradict the Administration’s public policies.”

"The claims go far beyond what should be the IRS's role," said Paul Caron a University of Cincinnati law professor.

Plan Announced To Expand Body Scanner Use

Napolitano announced her plan to install body scanners at train and metro stations.  This means at best over two hundred times a year a subway commuter will be exposed to radiation as they travel to and from their jobs. 

Scientists have already warned about the risk of skin cancer from full body scanners.  Therefore your government is requiring you to expose yourself to a know cancer causing product.  

Where ever body scanners are in use there also is a troubling pattern of government sponsored sexual assault.  Recently an ABC network producer was the victim of a pat-down search.  She described how the TSA employee put her hands into her underwear and touched her junk. These actions are not rooted in security rather their roots spring from tyranny.  

They should start the expanded use of scanners and pat-downs in the Big Apple first.  If they do that New York will become a red state in 2012.   

The Hill reports: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says terrorists will continue to look for U.S. vulnerabilities, making tighter security standards necessary.
“[Terrorists] are going to continue to probe the system and try to find a way through,” Napolitano said in an interview that aired Monday night on "Charlie Rose."

“I think the tighter we get on aviation, we have to also be thinking now about going on to mass transit or to trains or maritime. So, what do we need to be doing to strengthen our protections there?”

The TSA has announced there will be not change in their enhanced screening program at this time.

Before you are selected at random for enhanced screening or set off the metal detector because you have artificial knees or other metal in your body due to surgery be sure you arm yourself with the knowledge of your rights.

Get a receipt for your belongings before you leave the security area, request that a witness be present, record the event on your cell phone or other recording device, then bend over and grab your ankles.

If you travel with young children be sure you also travel with a camcorder also so you can record the event of your child's first sexual assault.  Those recordings will be something you will want to treasure and view time after time once they are an addition to your family's video and picture archives.

Get use to it citizens, were are the property of the government and they are assaulting us sexually. 

There are no full body x-ray scanners operating at Lambert Field.  Therefore is you set off the metal detectors you get the government sponsored groin grope. 

Do you really want some government agent touching your children or yourself like that.  This lady's crime was having artificial knees.  What ever happened to the wand security used before their new pat-down guidelines.  They could have use a security wand and determined that she had a knee replacement.  Then have her raise her pants leg to prove she had nothing strapped to her leg. 

The actions by the TSA have nothing to do with security and ever thing about control of the masses.

US Government Web Censorship Bill In Works

The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA) denies Due Process Rights.  This legislation would allow the government to shut down websites without proving in court the website broke the law. 

The ACLU and Human Rights Watch are but a few the the opponents to this law.  Many other groups are also against COICA. 

Government only proposes laws that are so blatantly unconstitutional  because they know the constitution died on March 9, 1933.  Regular readers to this blog know that the proof is right here contained in the page links and posts that prove with governments own documents the constitutions was buried by congress and FDR on that fateful date in March of 1933.
