The mission of State Of Emergency is to provide current event news, comments on the news and information on the declared state of emergency continually in effect since March 9, 1933. The citizens of the USA have been codified as the enemy of the Federal Government. The source for the proof of our status as the enemy of the government is found in Congressional

US Should Return Stolen Land to Indian Tribes
The UN has suggested that the USA return land to the Native Americans. We agree that some land should go back to the Indians. Lets start with the ground that the UN sits on. That way the Native Americans can turn it into a casino!
