Racial attacks by black youths are spreading accross the country. mean while, we don't hear any condemnation from Sparpton, Jackson or the NAACP. It is the responsibility of the parents and the black community to get these children under control. Tax payers should not have to fund teen youth centers. Children need to be taught right from wrong and respect of others, no matter what the color of their skin is.
