Abuse of Executive Power or Meet Your New Doctor

Democrats say Obama went around Congress to appoint Berwick because the White House did not want a key player sidelined for months by partisan wrangling.

I say his appointment is just another example of abuse of the executive power.

Berwick, is in charge of Obamacare and was never vetted by the Senate.  If he is to be in heading of 1/7 of our economy and over seeing your health care it is only moral that he have been subjected to scrutiny.
