Congress Report Concedes Obama Eligibility Unvetted

When a Democrat former assistant Attorney General of PA brought the issue to the Supreme Court, the court ruled Philip Berg had no standing.  There have been others who have tried to get Obama's long form birth certificate and the courts rule against the plaintiffs each time.

This just furthers proves my statement that we are ruled under a Declared State of Emergency and the Constitutions have been dead since March 9, 1933.

Congressman Beck was correct.  Read his words from the Congressional Record.  The page link is here on the left. (When there is an emergency there is no Constitution)
