The award for the dirtiest trick of election 2010 goes to Delaware Channel 28:

Public access television station, Delaware Channel 28, forgot to run Ms. O'Donnells 30 minute campaign commercial three time.
One time would have been an error. Two times would have been inexcusable. Three times is just indescribable!
Is the management of Delaware Channel 28 really that incompetent, unlikely. The ad was paid for in advance, therefore it would seem that someone just did not want it to air.
